About Brian

I have always had a passion for helping people through health and wellness and making positive impact on people to develop healthy lifestyles in their own fashion. I have a multifaceted approach through my own experiences. I danced professional ballet for over 8 years in classical and contemporary disciplines. I used Pilates to crosstrain and it helped me with my career and other parameters that i decided I wanted to share this passion with others to help them achieve these same attributes I have. Now, I’ve completely changed my training a complete 360 by training the past several years as a Men’s Physique Competitor! Placing 1st in my division and hoping to attain professional status. I’m currently applying for nursing school to assist people in other aspects. When I’m not at the gym or studio you’ll find me hiking Colorado 14ers, at the park with my Standard Poodle Honey, and spending time with my fiancé
