About Christopher

I have been involved in fitness and bodybuilding most of my life. I recently became a certified ISSA trainer and would like the opportunity to work with new clients. I will design a fitness, as well as a nutrition program, that will help you reach your goals. I will ensure that the exercises you do are fun and rewarding. I am here to help you attain a healthy lifestyle.

My favorite exercise

MY favorite exercise is the jump squat. The jump squat works the hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteus Maximus. abdominals, and calves. I use this exercise in my programs because it is fairly easy to do and works a variety of muscles at the same time.
