No Nonsense and No Judgments. The best results come from those who are ready to take control of themselves. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle/strength, run your first 5k or hike the Grand Canyon, I can design a program to get you from here to there and uncover the athlete inside. We all start from somewhere and the power is within every one of us. You don't need to "be in shape" to start, you just need to be willing to take the first step!

My favorite exercise

All things LEGS! Bulgarian Split Squats would get number one - it is a tough move but so great for getting a tight backside and making you feel like 100% rockstar! The lower body is home to the largest muscle in the body - the Gluteus Maximus - and in turn by working the largest muscle you get the greatest fat loss result to boot!

My background is in transformations and distance running. I love helping others find the joy in their strength and learning the tools that will make what is hard work at the beginning become something that is completely managable and sustainable long term!
