Many of my favorite clients have been ones whom other trainers were too scared or frustraited with to train. I've been open to taking on any challenge, and that's allowed me to meet some incredible people who overcome amazing challenges. Whether physical limitations, mental, or emotional. I love helping someone breakdown a barrier and achieve even a small goal. Too many stories to choose a favorite.
My favorite exercise
Deadlift. There are so many variations, I could never get bored with it. I believe it's a foundational exercise, everyone at some point needs to have in their program. Even if it's a single-arm, regressed version with a dumbbell. Teaching someone to properly use their hips, core, and spine is important in everyday life.

My training experience
It started with me losing 90lbs. and along my journey to begining a new chapter of my life as an NPC physique competitor, I started my schooling at Ashmead college and gained expirience in major large gyms before starting my own business at a small gym in Hillsboro. My career and experience has expanded since going thru various health issues that changed my appearance and gave me greater understanding for clients who struggle with various health concerns and feel like they are struggling to regain control of their body.Health is a privilege and should it be lost, the most important thing is to keep positive and make sure you're working with the right people to help you regain it.
