I worked with Eva for many years, first at a gym and then in weekly home sessions. Working with Eva was a joy (if at times a hard and sweaty one). Her deep intelligence, extensive knowledge of body mechanics and function, coupled with her kind nature make her a superior trainer. She's always learning and re-training, and happy to improvise so that the session meets the needs of the client on that particular day and time. She comes to each session lively and keen. When I was suffering from a painful herniated disc problem, my wife suggested I try a few sessions with Eva. I ended up working with her weekly for several months, and I credit her patience, her deep knowledge, and her careful eye for my recovery. Personal Training with Eva has opened my eyes to how important it is to stay fit, not just what I think is fit... The initial evaluation pinpointed weaknesses and the exercises she designed have made me stronger and fitter. Her cheerful attitude is very encouraging. She is patient and explains everything clearly, checking that the exercises are performed properly. I feel I have made progress and this is confirmed by the evaluations. I started working with Eva after I gave birth to my first daughter about 4 years ago. I had been seeing a physiotherapist regularly for hip-flexor issues. But once I started seeing Eva, I didn’t need to go to physio anymore. She knew exactly which muscles needed strengthening and was able to design a program that addressed my weaknesses. I’ve since continued to see Eva regularly at my home, which has been very convenient. It is clear that she has so much expertise on how the body works and is always able to target any issues I have. She has kept the exercise program constantly interesting (changing things up every few weeks, as needed) and has made my body strong and fit. Eva also helped me while I was pregnant with my second daughter, as she has extensive knowledge about prenatal and postnatal fitness. I also recommended that my husband work with Eva last year since he was having back problems. He hasn’t stopped thanking me since she did wonders for his back and overall fitness and transformed the way he exercises now. Finally, Eva has become a good friend as she’s such a great pleasure to work with and talk to. We both miss her very much but are excited to continue working with her on Skype. I can’t recommend her more highly!

Although I had been active in my earlier years I somehow had about a ten year lapse. I was a hundred pounds overweight, had arthritic knees and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Eva took all this into consideration when she designed a fitness program for me. She stuck with me during my 100pound weight loss never pushing me to hard but continuing to encourage me throughout. She brought me back from the wasteland of the sedentary. Today I thank her for never giving up on me and taylor-making a program that worked perfectly for me. I'm a mechanic, I work hard and I was having issues with my body. My back, neck, feet, shoulders were painful.
