I am a personal trainer with a unique background as a former Division 1 athlete. As a former Division 1 athlete in the Pac-12, I have experienced firsthand the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and goal-setting. Furthermore, I am no stranger to hard work and understand the importance of setting and achieving both short-term and long-term goals. Additionally, I understand the dedication, discipline, and hard work required to achieve peak physical performance. Moreover, I leverage my own personal experiences and training methodologies to help clients reach their fitness goals. I tailor each session to the specific needs and abilities of my clients. Accordingly, I incorporate elements of strength training into my programs to improve muscular endurance, promote weight loss and improve overall wellness.
