About Tim
I want all my clients to get to know me a little better. Exercise, health, and wellness are my biggest passions in life. I truly believe and operate under the ideology of movement being medicine both physically and mentally. I grew up highly active and always involved in athletics and exercise. Growing up I ran long distance for a traveling track team, played football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and wrestled. I have continued to progress my endurance running into my adult life. I study the mechanics of the foot and ankle complex to improve running form and endurance.
I came to the fitness industry after many years of managing high volume kitchens. My extensive cooking background has left me with a wide knowledge of food and nutrition. I decided to make this large shift from food and beverage to fitness after I stopped drinking alcohol in July of 2018. Fitness was a huge part of my success in giving up alcohol. It was an outlet. It was place where I felt safe from temptation. Throughout this process I became more disciplined and fell more and more in love with a healthy lifestyle. I decided I wanted to help others feel the way that I feel every day. Which brings us here, I am now a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I currently have specializations in Nutrition and Corrective Exercise.
