I use a holistic approach for women who are in need of a wellness coach that will guide, educate, motivate and support them with exercise, nutrition and making healthy lifestyle changes to help reach their goals. We will discuss ways to improve your overall quality of life, so that you can make better choices to take control of your health! Each person is different. My customized approach, tailored to individual needs, allows me to create achievable goals that are based on your lifestyle and fitness levels. My favorite client story
A client of mine who wanted to become pregnant but first she wanted to lose some weight, quit smoking and learn to take care of her health by eating healthy and exercising regularly so that she could be a healthy mother. Together we were able to drop her weight 10lbs. and quit her bad smoking habit so that she could exercise without getting out of breath. At the end of 3.5 months of health coaching and personal training, she gained control of her life! She felt healthy and fit and was ready to become a mother! Shortly after that she fell pregnant and after she had her child, we again trained together and she quickly lost all the weight she had gained during pregnancy. As of today, she still continues to eat well, maintain her weight, exercise and live a smoke free life.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is weight lifting. I always incorporate weight lifting or body weight exercises into my client's workouts (unless they suffer from injuries that won't allow them to use weights). Lifting weights improve muscle tone, help gain strength, strengthen our bones, increase metabolism and therefore help with weight loss and sculpting.

My training experience
I have been in health and fitness industry since 2004. I have worked with both men and women of all ages. For the past few years, I have been specializing on female fitness and I mostly work with pre / post natal women, busy moms that are looking to lose fat, tone up and shape their body or even athletic ladies that are just looking to improve fitness or sports performance.
