My philosophy is to give you the benefits of all types of fitness; including mind, body, and spirit. I use a holistic approach for women who are in need of a wellness coach that will guide, educate, motivate and support them with exercise, nutrition and making healthy lifestyle changes to help reach their goals. We will discuss ways to improve your overall quality of life, so that you can make better choices to take control of your health! Each person is different. My customized approach, tailored to individual needs, allows me to create achievable goals that are based on your lifestyle and fitness levels. I have had the privilege to train with Mina for 3 months. I had to drop about 10-15 pounds pretty fast for my up coming wedding and let me tell you; without her help I would not be able to take on this challenge alone!
