After 31 years in the Personal Training industry, I am still very passionate about helping men and women reach their personal fitness goals. My business name is Freedom of Fitness, as I believe that living the health & fitness lifestyle gives us the freedom to move well, be confidant and live a quality life.
Our program focuses on strength training, cardiovascular exercise and goal-oriented nutrition. We address any lifestyle issues that need improvement to support your goals (time management, how to grocery shop, hydration and sleep). We provide educational information and materials to support your journey.
Whether your goal is to be more fit, lose weight, gain muscle, lower cholesterol or enhance athletic performance for your favorite sport, we can help.
I am also a retired I.F.B.B. Professional Bodybuilder who puts athletes in shows. We offer off-season, pre-contest and post-competition programs and guidelines.
Personal training sessions are one hour of 1/2 hour sessions. Packages are available. Nutrition programs are individualized based on the client's goal(s). The first half-hour consultation if free. I look forward to working with you!
