My favorite client story
The ones where people have truly made positive changes to their lives. I've had clients train with me, reach their goals, stop training with me, and fall back to further then they started. Then I've had people who train with me, reach their goals, and whether they continue with me or not they continue to make progress everyday.
My favorite exercise
There are so many effective exercises it is hard to chose. My top three are overhead squat, kickboxing, and anything that I get to sprint or jump.

Trainer with 24hr fitness, trainer and bootcamp instructor with Sunnyvale fitness, high school football coach and strength and conditioning coach, played collegiate level football, high school level track and field, 2x junior Olympian in Tae Kwon do, training in Muay Thai for over 10 years
