About Jacob

Hello! My name is Jacob :)

I am 22 years young & I've been training individuals since I was around 18 & I've been in the fitness world since I was 9 years old. I started off as a Swimmer & Ballet Dancer for 9 years & started to really lift weights when I was 14. I have been in love with the lifestyle ever since. I currently train individuals all with their own unique goals whether it be weight-loss, strength training, muscle gain & corrective exercise TO cross-training for football players, swimmers & dancers or anything in between. Whatever your goals are, whatever limitations you may have, we will find an approach that works.

THE WAY I TRAIN: Is dependent on the individual & what works best for them. The one thing that stays consistent for all my clients however, is the level at which I hold them accountable. It is important that you follow my advice with prescribed exercises, form/corrections, nutrition guidance/tracking & supplement advice to ensure we achieve the results you want.

My goal for my clients is to enhance their physique & performance as well as over-all health. Giving them the knowledge, support, skills, and guidance to transform their lives through physical fitness & proper nutrition.

? I currently take Online & In-Person Clients. For new clients, my In-Person availability is limited and requires future scheduling (usually a week out), so please book accordingly & feel free to contact me.
