I am a graduate of the National Personal Trainning Institute, and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer, and a NASM certified MMA conditioning coach, and certified in Cardiorespitory Training For Fitness and Sports Performance. I became a fitness trainer because fitness has always been a part of my life from participating in sports while in High School, to being in the Military. I lead an active lifestyle. I am able to train Men, & Woman, of any age group, and of any fitness level. I can develop Individualized Personal Training.
I am a retired Army Veteran, having served 20 years of active duty. Being fit for my career was a must. Whether your fitness goals are to run a 5K, a marathon, or a Spartan Obstacle Course race, I can assist you in any of these events, having completed all of them. My hobbies include, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Running, Backpacking, and Weight Training.
I have competed in and coached wrestling from Scholastic style, to Freestyle.

My favorite client story
I trained a gentleman in his 40's that had given up running due to an injury. He got a doctors okay to begin training again, and he hired me to train him to get running again. He was able to complete a half marathon within 4 months of us training together.

I started training with Lance in September. Since that time I have had amazing results, both physically and mentally. At the start Lance took the time to help me over some physical hurdles and get me both stable and confident with my program. Over these several months I've lost weight, gotten much stronger and even sleep better. I find myself enjoying fitness in a way I didn't really expect. Lance trains me outdoors somedays and at my home other days. Its always a quality work out! I get the push when I need it but never feel over-extended. Thanks for being awesome Lance!
