I have been a coach and trainer for the last 4 years. As an athlete myself, I have always been fascinated by the capabilities of the human body. I have experience with both individual and group training, while specializing in weight loss, strength development, and running. I believe in functional training, which translates from the gym into your real, everyday life, maximizing your quality of life and minimizing injury & pain. As someone who struggles with painful arthritis, I know first-hand how powerful movement and proper training can be for anyone with chronic pain. Working with me will be both fun and informative! We will ensure results by creating a program together that fits your lifestyle and your needs. I will push you to work hard and encourage you to see your potential, but the basics will always be covered first! Becca is super easy to work with and very flexible with my location and schedule - just what I really needed in this transitional space. I am for sure the strongest I've ever been. I collapsed trying to do push ups on my knees just a handful of push ups in during our first session. Now I knock out sets of full body push ups like a champ! She also has really helped me with my form and physical challenges with my knee and arches. It's been so nice to not have to do any planning for what workout I need to do for the day. All I have to do is show up. Just the jump start I needed over the last several months working with Becca.
