I've been a exercise enthusiast for years and decided to share my passion through training after getting my NASM Personal Training Certificate. My primary goals are to help clients gain strength, reduce body fat, and feel more confident in their bodies through customized training sessions.
Abs and glutes are two of the most common underdeveloped areas in Americans, which can lead to increased risk of injury, so training sessions will always include some exercises to strengthen these areas.

My favorite client success story has been training with a client to run their first 5K race with no prior running experience. They had an amazing first race and have gotten really into running as a result.

I've been out of shape for the last few years due to some hiccups in my personal and professional life and I've lost a great deal of my former strength/stamina and confidence. I've worked out with Brandon a few times and he's done an excellent job of providing a structure that works with my life/my current physical state, and has been a great source of compassion and motivation. I appreciate that he really makes an effort to listen and understand what I need, and is always willing to adapt.
Brandon is an awesome trainer. He makes the training session encouraging and also efficient. And the workout plan he designed after every training session is really helpful. Choosing him as my trainer is one of the best choice I’ve made this year!
I've been working with Brandon for a few weeks now. I ambitiously set my first session for 6:30am on a Monday; while Brandon arrived several minutes early, I ended up sleeping through my alarm. He generously stuck around 15 minutes after our session was supposed to start, even though I hadn't responded to calls/texts, and fully utilized the 45 remaining minutes we had without complaint - so sorry and thank you, Brandon! Brandon comes prepared to every session with a planned routine that builds on the previous session's work; it's so beneficial to see the growth and development that occurs from one session to the next. The strong focus on core work aids in establishing good form, which is further supported by his instruction on adjustments to make and muscle groups to focus on during each exercise. Brandon also does a great job of providing encouragement and praise for a job well done. He is flexible in working with you as a client, ending each session by asking for your thoughts on the routine and any shifts in focus you'd like to make in future sessions. Beyond the work accomplished in these routines, it is so helpful to have someone holding you accountable and keeping you motivated. It's been great working with Brandon and I'm excited to see my continued growth through our work together!
Due to my desk job, I've been out of shape for a while. I kept going to gym irregularly on my own and never felt a difference util I found Brandon. Now, I have been training with him twice a week for more than 7 months. He plans every session and comes prepared more than me. He truly cares for his clients. Due to his planned routine, I could gradually increase my strength and stamina. There was a time when I couldn't go to gym for more than three times a week, now I easily hit the gym 5-6 times. He regularly inquires my expectations from the session and plans upcoming sessions accordingly. I recommend Brandon and truly credit him for reviving my lost interest in fitness.
