I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on helping people of all ages and physical abilities reach and exceed their fitness goals. I believe personal training is a fluid partnership and together we can design a program that is positive, challenging, realistic and attainable. Throughout my life I have been physically active, participating in activities such as gymnastics, skiing, cycling, hiking, and in my 40’s I started doing ½ marathons and triathlons. I have also experienced life’s athletic “bumps” in the road, marriage, children, jobs and injury, allowing little to no time for exercise. I have proven to myself as well as many others that it is never too late to get back in shape, mentally and physically. I have a BA in education and NASM CPT. I became a Personal trainer to help motivate and facilitate those that are ready to take the next step in their health and wellbeing. Because of my background and experience I have begun focusing my attention and education on those that have become deconditioned and are looking to improve their health in day to day living or experience new adventures, as well as seniors working to stay mobile and independent. I will be your accountability partner, there to guide and encourage you, as well as keep you motivated and focused on your end results. Regardless of your current conditioning I know that together we will create a plan that is “Personally Yours”.

Lulu is an excellent trainer - especially for folks recovering from injury or aging. She was very knowledgeable, adapted quickly for injury recovery, listened well to individual goals.
Lulu has been coming to my home to bust my behind for about 4 months. She has quickly and skillfully accommodated all my body’s quirks, both those I know about and those temporary ones that seem to come up with every workout. She pushes me to work hard, but watches and listens closely, so I never feel unsafe in any way. She puts up with my whining and groaning and once or twice even a little crying. She’s a safe space, but tough. I feel so much better than I did only 4 months ago. I’m most grateful for feeling more mobile, more agile, and stronger.
