My fitness journey started around 15 years ago. It started when I decided to sign up for a GYM membership. As I walked in, I immediately felt intimidated by the pro lifters. I thought I wouldn’t be able to be like them one day, even though I was dreaming about becoming fit with athletic build every single day. After couple of years, I gave birth to my sweet girl and like every woman who gave birth, I had this mommy tummy after birth and I was so keen to tighten it up and gain my strength back. One of those days, I met one of my neighbors over a morning run. I felt so bad that I wasn’t able to run but since she was a fitness trainer she insisted on helping me out with fixing my posture and my running techniques. After few weeks, I started to see progress and since that moment I fell in love with fitness specially after building that confidence that everything is possible. I started running consistently and decided to take part in marathons. After one of those marathons I started to have pain in my hip and decided to see a physical therapist to check that pain out. He advised to incorporate strength and functional training into my regime and focus on core stability as well. From that moment I got really so much into all types of training and I was working in all areas every time I go to the gym to workout. This experience translated into my current training style, where I focus on the correct form in many different types of functional training exercises. Using techniques like TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, bosu, stepper, bands, and body-weight exercises, I take a holistic approach to training that can benefit anyone of any experience level. I've worked at several gyms including LA Fitness and Crunch Gym and have helped clients of all ages and backgrounds. I will design a customized workout program based on your goals and track your progress beyond just the numbers on the scale. I can help push you beyond where you would push yourself while still having a good time!

Nora was an amazing trainer, I had many sessions with her, where she helped me lose my belly fat, grow my abs, and increase my overall muscle mass. I had a problem with my loose belly for a long time and intermittent pain in my lower back. I was unable to last throughout the session, and lose breath. she asked me to do some blood tests (where I found that I had high blood triglyceride problem). I started to take the medicine, and exercise again with Nora. she was well planned, gave me a collection of exercises including strength with cardio with mobility, she also helped me with nutrition, and other awesome hints. I still can't believe the progress, not only I started to notice my abs lines, but my posture feels better, and my lower back pain is gone, and I really started to look and feel lean and stronger. Bottom line is I can't recommend her enough, she is the best trainer I dealt with.
Working with Noor has been life changing experience. When I first met with Noor to discuss my goals, I was spectacle and hesitant to change, I was unsure if this is right for me. Once I started talking to her, I never felt pressured or insecure, all my negative thoughts quickly disappeared. Her friendly personality and wide knowledge let me know that I could trust her with my health. She created a very effective program for me, and gave me excellent nutrition guidance and advices. She setup daily activity habits to improve my overall health and substitute my old bad habits with good new ones. she did not only put together a workout plan for me, but it was an amazing personalized integrated program. This was in line with all my goals and honestly helped me loose body fat and become leaner. Moreover, I received emails, text messages, and phone calls from her to check-in and make sure I was on track. She would give me motivational coaching that I needed to stay focused. It wasn’t easy, but the most rewarding things in life are also the most challenging. Now, I’m at the happiest I’ve ever been, I have lost my jiggly belly, and I can finally see that I have a booty.... Something I never thought could happen. I am happy to wear dresses and show my figure, and feel confident in bikini (Something I couldn't do in years). Overall, I look good, feel amazing. I recommend Noor to anyone that wants a real healthy change. Working with her isn’t a quick fix, or a quick diet, but rather a real transformation. Noor, Thank you for everything xoxo

This is the first time I’ve stuck with a trainer! Noor works you up to your abilities in a consistent manner. I’ve seen improvements with my strength and mobility within just weeks. Outside of classes, she checks in several times a week, sends me mini circuits to do based on my learning during her sessions and also advises me on diet (but not an extreme form in any way!). It’s been a pleasure to work with her.
Noor is a wonderful trainer! She's knowledgeable, empathetic, and very professional. She worked with my exact needs and goals while accounting for all my previous injuries. In two months with her, I got as far as I did in a year working on my own. She even got me over my fear of side planks and pushups. Highly recommend working with her.
I've been working with Noor for about 2 months now and it's been an amazing experience! I have so much more energy, feel stronger, and have better posture, which were my goals for working with a personal trainer. I was out of shape when we began working out, and she did a great job assessing my skill level and providing alternate exercises to help me train my muscle memory so that now I am capable of doing more difficult versions of exercises. Each workout is different but very challenging, which keeps it interesting and makes me look forward to working out. Noor does an excellent job of pushing me without letting me overdo it. She is quick to respond via text or email to any scheduling or other questions. She also has a nice personality and is fun to chat with, which makes you forget how hard you are working!
Noor plans out each of my training sessions to work a different muscle group which I really appreciate. I feel that each and every session is making an impact.
