Hi, I'm Rebecca! I am originally from New York City and moved to Seattle in September 2016. I have been a personal trainer for six years and have experience working with a wide range of clients. Through my work experience as a chiropractic assistant, I have gained a mass amount of skill in functional movement and injury prevention. I like to fix muscular imbalances and postural issues along with working on weight loss and muscle gain. I focus on overall transformation and help my clients get the body they want while gaining confidence in themselves. My training style is a mix of tough love and loving friendship. I like to make all of my clients feel as comfortable as possible to make sure they are enjoying themselves during our time together. I provide safe and effective workouts, meal plans, nutritional guidelines, and 24/7 support.

I have been training with Rebecca for about 2 months, and have had a great experience. She is very friendly and fun to talk to, and tailors your training sessions to your specific needs, as well as working in whatever space is convenient to you. I came in with a lot of knee problems and she has focused not only on what I said I wanted to improve (which was mostly more about how I want to look), but also on strengthening the areas that will relieve my knee pain. In addition to the workouts, she has helped me with healthy eating and snacking, and I have already seen a major difference in my lifestyle. I have lost 7 of my target 12 lbs I wanted to lose, and have seen the results in how I look and feel as well--I have a lot more energy and feel more confident in my "swimsuit body", in addition to actually seeing a reduction in my knee pain. I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca for almost six months as I was seeking to improve my core strength and improve overall health. I was pleased to see progress almost immediately and surprised by how much my strength improved over time. For example, after working out with her for a few weeks, I noticed significant improvement in my endurance on a downhill mountain biking course I occasionally visit. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about proper techniques and of a variety of exercises, She provided good advice about diet and training routines to follow between sessions. Beyond training, she is also interested in physical therapy and was able to suggest exercises and stretches to deal with some of my ailments. She has a generous spirit, a welcoming demeanor, and always engaged in cheerful and humorous banter to keep sessions refreshing. I'm glad I worked with her before moving away from Seattle, and strongly recommend her services.
