Alex Yangas

About Alex
Hey guys, you can call me Coach Alex. My purpose is to help YOU discover a love for movement and to give you the tools you need to build confidence in your own body. My training sessions are 100% unique to each client so you know that every workout has been designed for your body, your needs, and your goals. In addition, I will help you optimize your nutrition to find a sustainable healthy relationship with food that nourishes your body and supports your fitness goals. My fitness journey started in high school Cross Country and Track but it lead me down many paths including powerlifting, bodybuilding, yoga, calisthenics, and obstacle course racing. This has given me a unique style of training with a variety of movement modalities which I will use to create the perfect plan for YOU. Seasoned athletes, first-time exercisers, and everybody in between will find my workouts to be challenging but doable and safe. The knowledge about exercise, nutrition, and even your own body that you will gain from even one session with me will change the way you approach fitness for the rest of your life. If this sounds good to you, I'd love to chat more about how I can help YOU get fitter and happier through movement.
