I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. I specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and wellness coaching. I work with a wide range of clients, from busy professionals to athletes, helping them build strength, improve mobility, and achieve sustainable results. My approach combines customized fitness programming with nutritional guidance to create a complete lifestyle transformation. I believe in empowering clients with education and accountability to help them achieve long-term success. My favorite client story

One of my favorite stories is from a client who came to me with low confidence and serious doubts about their ability to lose weight. Over six months, not only did they drop 20 pounds, but they also gained strength, confidence, and a whole new outlook on life. Seeing their transformation physically and mentally reminded me why I love this work.

Deadlifts! They're a full-body powerhouse movement that builds strength, reinforces proper movement patterns, and boosts confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, deadlifts are a staple in my programs because of their versatility and benefits.

With over a decade of experience in fitness and wellness, I’ve worked with clients ranging from busy parents and working professionals to athletes and those managing chronic conditions. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science, and I’m also certified in personal training and nutrition coaching. Whether in person or online, I focus on long-term success through smart programming and real support.
