My practice is based on 3 things: 1.) Body You've got to move your butt to lose your butt. I am here to help you move that butt! To motivate you beyond what you can do on your own! 2.) Belly - What you put into your body is what you get out of it. Food is 80% of how you look. Food is your friend, if you pick the right friends. I will gently guide you and educate you on what foods work best for the results you want. 3.) Fun - Nobody will stick with a program that isn't enjoyable. I make each work out effective and fun.
