About Haley

IN-HOME personal trainer for the Palm Harbor/Clearwater/Trinity area. My approach is to help people set realistic attainable goals that create successful and lasting lifestyle changes. I am NOT a "one size fits all" trainer, and I am very in tune with what a client's personal training needs are. I am positive and motivating. I work on educating and encouraging you to push beyond what you believe you can do. I compose a custom workout for you and keep track of it through every session, so that you can quantify your accomplishments. Only equipment you need is a mat to get started with me. My practice is based on 3 things: 1.) Body You've got to move your butt to lose your butt. I am here to help you move that butt! To motivate you beyond what you can do on your own! 2.) Belly - What you put into your body is what you get out of it. Food is 80% of how you look. Food is your friend, if you pick the right friends. I will gently guide you and educate you on what foods work best for the results you want. 3.) Fun - Nobody will stick with a program that isn't enjoyable. I make each work out effective and fun.


My favorite exercise

Anything that uses multiple muscle groups for efficiency and calorie burning. For example, squats with bicep curls, lunges with shoulder presses, and I love body weight exercises such as the push-up.

I have several: 1. No matter how slow you go, you are still doing something. 2. Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live. 3. Do it for you simply because you deserve it.
