My favorite exercise

The Kettle Bell Hard Style Swing. It is the building block of human power as it focuses on the core, the hip-hinge movement also known as the triple extension. This activates the posterior chain from the Achilles to the hams and quads to gluteals and lower back.

My training experience

I have worked as a Nike SPARQ Authorized Strength & Conditioning Coach for over 8 Years. I was the youngest coach ever admitted into the prestigious program. I am currently in school for Counter Intelligence and Counter Terrorism for my future work as and with the Special Warfare operators of our Great nation. I am an avid Martial Artist, a Triathlete and most importantly a Father to a brand new baby girl and a husband to my beautiful wife!
