Hello, I'm Jonathan Martinez Certified Personal Trainer in the Tampa, FL area. Growing up I wasn't the most fit child there could be I was the exact opposite. Due to this I encountered a host of health issues which is why I got into fitness. I have personally experienced the benefits of fitness and the power of nutrition. I'm here to help all my clients with their fitness/health goals. This is when i decided to become a Personal Trainer with one of the most respected names in the health/fitness industry the National Academy Of Sport Medicine. One of the only providers that are accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. I'm also a Certified Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. My mission here is to have a positive impact on our client’s lives by creating a memorable fitness experience through advanced education, certification and specialized techniques, safe and effectively. I will deliver the best possible fitness and nutrition solutions to our clients needs through fun, challenging, appropriate and effective programs thereby being recognized as a unique and respected fitness resource for our community. My training philosophy
Little by little. I don't just start the ground running the the hardest exercise of your life and expect you to stick with it. I plan everything from the group up for each and every individual. From our first session to our last. My nutrition philosophy is the same I make it work for you and around your life not the other way around.
My training experience
I've been training clients for over 4 years. Clients from all walks of life from college athletes, to people with disabilities, injuries, vets, medical professionals, and IT professionals. You name it I've more than likely worked with them. I understand the struggle that all of my clients go through because I personally have been through hardships as well.
