Hello, I'm Jonathan Martinez Certified Personal Trainer in the Tampa, FL area. Growing up I wasn't the most fit child there could be I was the exact opposite. Due to this I encountered a host of health issues which is why I got into fitness. I have personally experienced the benefits of fitness and the power of nutrition. I'm here to help all my clients with their fitness/health goals. This is when i decided to become a Personal Trainer with one of the most respected names in the health/fitness industry the National Academy Of Sport Medicine. One of the only providers that are accreditated by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. I'm also a Certified Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institude.
