Hi! My name is Devin and I hope I can help you achieve any of your fitness goals. I am a former Division 1 Basketball Player out of UC Irvine in California. While in school I became obsessed with the body, how it responds to training, how to recover and how to proactively exercise for long term, sustainable health. My goal is to help my clients be able to workout for the rest of their lives and enjoy physical activities without any problems, longevity is the key!
I began training high school players for basketball but after extensive independent study I have transferred to personal training in the weight room, while I am still open to private basketball training if you are in the, my main focus is moved to the gym. I try to incorporate a variety of different methodology into my sessions and make them efficient, productive and fun. It is hard to maintain a regimen you don't enjoy, and if you're not having fun... what's the point?!
