About Kelly

My love of human anatomy and movement has led me to create Kinetic Chain Movements, combining my passion for fitness, dance & movement education. I hold a BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts and am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, and Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) through Kinesio University. 


One-on-one personal training sessions and artistic athletic coaching (specializing in dance, gymnastics, and Ice Skating). Built on the foundations of Strength Training, we'll incorporate your own specific health needs, goals, and available equipment. Together we can come up with a solid foundational plan that is realistic, sustainable, achievable, and cultivates positive ideas around movement, fitness, and artistic sports.

My training philosophy

Through functional exercises, strength, cardio training, and flexibility, KCM will assist you in improving your fitness goals. KCM is for anyone who is looking for an efficient workout that hones in on proper alignment of joints/posture, activation of your muscles/soft tissues, and seeking to improve physical performance and body confidence.

My training experience

Over a decade of experience working with dancers, gymnasts, and ice skating athletes, focusing on flexibility and cross-training for their specific sport. Recently, I have worked in healthcare as an outpatient Physical Therapy/Rehab Aide focusing on pre/post opt. clients.
