I love working with clients who are returning to exercise, have little experience in the gym, and/or are looking to renew their relationship with exercise. Over the past 3 years I have worked with clients whose goals range from getting stronger, gaining confidence, wanting to be more active, managing hormonal imbalances, losing weight, and managing stress. With a background in sports, Pilates and strength training I create your program and workouts towards your unique goals. A typical workout begins with a warm up and mobility exercises. The middle will consist of strength exercises and the end will be a cool down with stretches.

Through movement my goal is to create a space where clients can find joy and have compassion for themselves as they are now, while working towards their unique goals.
