About Megan

Welcome all! As an ACE certified personal trainer with a vast background on the anatomy and physiology of the human body, nutrition and healthy eating, mental health, and many types of exercise, I emphasize wellness in all aspects of living. My biggest goal is to work with you or a group of clients to help you learn to love your body, understand the benefits of healthy living, and be well, both in and outside of the gym. I work with you to assess, create, and carry out a specialized workout plan that will help you to achieve your goals! I am adaptable to any location, training style, or special requirements my clients may have. I have experience with athletes, college students, seniors, aquatics, clients with functional disabilities, as well as clients with past or current drug abuse issues. However, this does not limit my knowledge and ability to understand any conditions you want to work on or around.

I offer a free hour-long consultation to assess your health and understand where you are at in terms of goals. After this, if you choose to work with me, we will formulate a schedule and weekly workout plan to meet your needs. Pricing is as follows:

In person or virtual training- I will walk you through each workout with a tell-show-do method, allow you to become accustomed to new exercise, and adjust the plan as needed

30 minutes: $30
1 hour: $45

group (2-6)
30 minutes: $20 per person
1 hour: $30 per person

Workout plans- I will formulate a specialized workout plan that you will adhere to on your own, workouts will be written with images and description of exercises that client is/may be unfamiliar with. Workouts can be specialized for in home, outdoor, or gym locations as well.

4 week plan: $50
8 week plan: $90
12: $120
