About Molly

 


I am passionate about physical health and wellness and enjoy working with individuals that wish to adopt or maintain a healthy lifestyle to accomplish their goals and remain active through life's journey. Whether you are an athlete or non-athlete, if you are ready to adopt or maintain a healthier lifestyle or wish to reach new goals, I will assist and guide you along the way to successfully accomplishing the results you wish to achieve. Your training plan will be customized for your goals and physical abilities along with accountability and support to help you make changes in your life regardless of what stage you are along your journey. Your commitment to yourself along with my personal training services can result in improved physical, mental and emotional health for you and an improved relationship with yourself and others.

•Functional  Movement & Resistance Training - Is there something that you would      like to do with greater ease or confidence? Examples:

•Served on several non-profit boards targeted at building communities to promote health and  wellness and develop strong programs to engage everyone at every stage of their fitness journey.

I love bicycling for cardio! With weights, I love bicep and triceps exercises and the variance of exercises to get them engaged!

My training philosophy

Take advantage of each opportunity to make a new decision towards your goals. Don't beat yourself up on the last decision you made that may not have been beneficial and moving you towards your goals. One decision does not mean failure and does not mean you won't make your goal (e.g. the last meal, skipping a workout, not walking extra steps) it means you have new opportunities to make different decisions to continue to make progress.

I am an energetic and knowledgeable health enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in coaching, mentoring and fitness program management. I am passionate about physical health and wellness and recently obtained my American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification. I have experience managing and coordinating many athletic events including running, cycling and natural bodybuilding competitions. I have served on the board of several health and wellness non-profits and know firsthand how important it is to build community and develop strong programs that engage everyone, at every stage of their fitness journey and I can inspire and motivate others through my own lifestyle changes, by encouraging healthy life changing habits and treating everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of physical fitness level and abilities.


 


 


 


I enjoy working with people that want to make a change in their life regardless of their goals. I have had some large goals in my life to complete the STP (Seattle-to-Portland) bike ride, to compete in a Natural Bodybuilding competition, complete a half-marathon among smaller goals. My biggest goal in staying active is to be as healthy as possible. I want to ensure I have a strong muscle structure around my bones as I get older and it doesn't take much to do that. Your goals may be to lift a gallon of milk, walk upstairs, sit down, do house chores or yard work with confidence and ease or they may be to complete an event and I will be happy to support you with any of your goals! I have worked with clients that have had goals like all of these and been able to support them through their journey.
