What to expect from me... I am a firm believer in burning as many calories as possible in a shorter amount of time. Show up, get ready to move and breath and sweat, and of course burn a lot of calories. I lead the Serious Circuits program at Serious About Fitness which is the shorter and sweater version of our Group Training.
My training experience
I grew up in the gym, and truly believe there is nothing else like it. The R.A.C. has been my home since I was 13 years old. Playing basketball and working out with trainers helped me develop a real passion for health and fitness. My goals for the future are to further expand my understanding of the human body, and be able to translate that knowledge to my clients by creating fun and effective workouts.

Sam is a great trainer- he knows how to work with every type of client. Not overly aggressive but will make you work when you are lacking energy (which is great for someone like me who always played sports- he is a great coach). Highly recommend!
