About Sarah

Hi there! My name is Sarah and I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and I try to live a life full of balance. My goal is to help each client reach their goal whether that be aimed at weight loss, muscle gain, or increasing athletic performance.

I played basketball on a full ride scholarship at the University of Washington in 2011 (GO DAWGS!), which propelled my desire to inspire others in staying physically fit. Being active allows you to live a life full of meaning without any boundaries, and has an enormous impact on your mental health.

I love sports, competition, and achieving personal growth and am an encouraging leader with a positive communicative style. I enjoy focusing on wholesome nutrition in addition to the physical activity performed in our sessions (and the sessions you will do on your own!). I can't wait to work with you!
