My favorite client story

I had a client training for a triathalon. After just two months of training him with circuits and super sets he noticed his time go down on his triathalon run. He also noticed more contrast in his muscular physique. His muscle mass went up. His body fat went down.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercises are deadlifts, front squats, planks and rows. Majority of the exercises I use with my clients activate fat loss because they work larger muscle groups.

13 years experience in Functional Strength Training, Core Training, Amateur Body Building, Circuit Training. I have 8 years experience combined in martial arts Aikido, Wing Chun Kung Fu and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.
