I became a personal trainer and nutrition specialist because I truly have the desire to help others be the healthiest version of themselves that they can be! Helping clients achieve their goals is an amazing feeling! Before becoming a trainer, I struggled with my weight and when I discovered how to keep myself healthy and fit I knew I wanted to help others do the same. More than anything else, I want my clients to know that I am on their team throughout whatever their journey may be to achieving optimal health. I will motivate and inspire and you will get results!

Anything that works my glutes! Right now I LOVE doing a weighted glute bridge with a sandbell!
