VerifiedAbout Joe
Having fallen into fitness at a young age, I began to realize there were avenues for me to share my passion for fitness and nutrition with others. I noticed my clients' struggle to not only sift through the endless amounts of fitness and nutrition misinformation, but also battle to hold themselves accountable. I have spent a significant portion of my life sorting through all things fitness related in order to find what works for my clients and to get them the results they seek. I have been training for more than twenty years and have firsthand experience training in fat loss, bodybuilding, endurance sports, functional fitness, and strength training. I use this experience in conjunction with my education to find the right formula for each client. I believe in getting results, the results you've long wanted. Whether it be fat loss, gaining lean muscle mass, completing your first 5k, living a pain free life, or becoming stronger. Finding the right program involves a holistic approach, an approach that addresses all the components of health and wellness, while addressing you goals and needs. We're all individuals and one size fits all programs won't get the job done. I believe in support, guidance, accountability, and laying the groundwork for your success. I believe in consistency and mastering the fundamental movements and core principles of strength and conditioning. There are no quick fixes or fad diets to be followed. I want to make your journey a lifelong and sustainable habit.
My favorite client story
Can't choose one. I've been blessed to work with people of all abilities and walks of life and consider each one special. I've learned as much from them as they have learned from me.

My favorite quote
If you do what you always did, you will get what you always got
My training philosophy
For most clientele, a full-body, compound exercise approach is king. However, this can vary a lot depending upon a clients goal, and the results of their assessment.
My training experience
I've been lucky in that I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of gym environments, ranging from small boutiques to large commercial gyms. In each environment I was able to work with people from all walks of life and abilities. I've worked with clientele from special populations and spinal cord injuries to collegiate level athletes. I can confidently say this has been one of the best learning tools during my career.
