My passion for health and wellness began at a young age. I loved being active and just moving every second I could! Whether on the football field or going for a hike with friends. No matter where you are in life, I want to challenge you to be the best you can be physically, mentally, and spiritually!

My training experience

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in health and wellness promotion. While attending Texas State University, I worked as a personal trainer at the Student Recreation Center from 2006-2008 helping staff and students. Once I was completed with my degree, I interned at Train 4 The Game whose philosophies are built around the world renowned Physical Therapist Gary Gray & University of Texas Men's Basketball strength and conditioning coach Todd Wright. These principles of Applied Functional Science has helped me train each and every client by focusing on the way the body truly functions. I have also trained for Golds Gym and 24 hour fitness. I now currently run my own business NEXT LEVEL PERFORMANCE & FITNESS TRAINING in Waco, TX.
