I have trained many athletes over 15 years. When you train with me not only will you get in shape and be at the best fitness level possible, but you will gain discipline, confidence and pride through knowledge and passion that I will bring. I will help you reach your higher potential, through the love, dedication, and the commitment that I have. As your trainer you will learn more than just how to run track and cross country, but I will help you to understand the difference between tempo running, fartlek training, high intensity interval training and why having a recovery run is so important. As your trainer I will help you reach your desire goal.

My favorite exercise

is one of the most effective moves for the abs, including the rectus abdominis and the obliques. The traditional move, however, requires both attention to detail and a very strong back to target the abs without putting strain on the back. This modified version, done with paper plates, is a great way to learn the movement and build strength before moving up to a traditional bicycle exercise.
