About Rose

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness. I love helping others reach their goals. If your goals are to lose weight, get fit or just to improve your overall health I can help you do that! I will build and design a plan that incorporates cardiovascular and resistances training, flexibility&mobility training. My goal is to provide professional coaching and training with a complete plan specifically designed for you! I am passionate about helping my client's achieve their fitness goals. I feel to overcome your fear and insecurities about fitness, you have to first believe in yourself and then follow a plan that best fits your lifestyle and fitness goals.
