I’m an expert in nutrition, muscle definition, and body composition training, helping women and men build lean, defined, camera-ready physiques through precise, science-driven programming. My work centers on true recomposition: lowering body fat while enhancing muscle tone, posture, and overall shape.

With a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a deep background in evidence-based strength training and nutrition strategy, I don’t use generic plans or fitness trends.
