I believe that nothing is more important than taking care of our health. No matter your body type, we were given these amazing machines, our bodies, and with proper care, we can keep them running smoothly our entire lives. For me, that care begins with fitness and nutrition. I began dancing at the age of 5 and have been a dance and exercise enthusiast my entire life. I wholeheartedly believe that anyone can enjoy the benefits of fitness at any age, and I pay close attention to clients to understand their particular strengths and challenges. My focus is on form and safe practice and I customize my approach to each client’s anatomy and conditions and modify exercises as needed. The key is to cross train and find things you enjoy to stay active and in shape. I became a personal trainer to help others become or continue to be active and take pride in their bodies. So much of living is feeling good about yourself and while I am not easy as a coach, I am great at cheering my clients on and helping them to adopt a lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating so they can be and feel their best.
