I began my fitness journey with mothers in mind to provide prenatal and postpartum treatment with a holistic approach to fitness and whole-body solutions. Through my comprehensive coaching, I look to correct patterns that may be the cause of aches and pains so you not only feel confident, but live confidently with your body. As a health and wellness enthusiast, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and advice with those who are in need of change. Spending quality time with my family, playing tennis and biking along the lake front in my home city of Chicago are just a few ways I put into practice what I believe in. I also currently serve on the Auxiliary Board for ChildServ, a nonprofit organization, guiding our future leaders to move with a purpose.

I met Bria at a networking event and began training with her shortly after. I am 3 months postpartum and was super anxious to jump back into fitness. Bria really took her time to assess my current situation and made sure we corrected certain movements before we jumped into more challenging exercises. I appreciate that she specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness because she definitely provided me with loads of info!
