My favorite client story

A client of mine, Marie, has had two children, one of which was just three months before we started training together. She started her journey with me weighing in at 145 pounds with 37% body fat. Within just three short months training with me and following our program Marie transformed her body to 130 pounds and 27% body fat! A huge transformation, but she wasn't done! She latched onto the healthy lifestyle and is now pursuing a career in the fitness industry. I am so proud of her journey and love giving her any piece of advice she needs.
