I am a fully-insured, certified personal trainer (NSCA) and group fitness instructor (ACE), specializing in corporate and high-rise training. I've worked 40 hours a week at a desk, so I am no stranger to the constraints of time! I've worked with clients from ages 15-60, each with varying needs. I've designed programs for marathoners, desk jockeys, even farmers--but if there are any consistencies I use across all clients it is this: Keep Moving Forward.
Your workouts don't have to be long and repetitive. The little things add up; if you continue to build momentum each day, make healthy choices, and even do some movements at your desk, you can achieve your fitness goals without seeing exercise as "one more thing to do".
In my free time, I'm probably walking, playing guitar, watching the Cubs, or doing some researching and writing. Like you, I try to get better each day by staying up to date on fitness trends, my diet, and how to make myself the best me. And I do that by moving forward.
