My name is Eric. I work as a physical therapist in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago.
I’ve learned from many of my patients who “graduate” from physical therapy that they are so excited to get moving again, but they aren’t quite sure how to integrate what they learned into their new workout regimen. I want to bridge this gap between rehabilitation and fitness.
If you’re coming off of an injury or just hoping to settle into a new routine with a focus on proper technique and an emphasis on thoughtful programming, I’d love to work with you! My patients have ranged from all ages and athletic abilities; so, don’t hesitate to reach out.
A little about me: I’m a former collegiate baseball player, who got injured and was fortunate enough to find physical therapy, get rehabbed, and eventually, get back in the game. I grew up playing and watching most sports; I also coached baseball and refereed basketball. These days, my fitness goals are split between training for marathons and strength training.
