As a personal trainer, I enjoy training all types and levels of individuals, but I have additional training, experience, and knowledge when working with seniors, post-rehab and obese clients. I train all of my clients in their home or outdoors in a park near them. Every client gets an individualized workout based on their needs and goals. I follow up with monthly progress reports to show them their progress. More importantly, I teach them ways to make their fitness goals sustainable so that they can continue to make progress on their own and in the future.
I look at my clients as a whole not just as parts. Many clients come to me with vague goals like to lose weight, gain strength and feel better. But I try to look at things like their posture, balance, flexibility and mental attitude to determine how to get them to reach their goals in a sustainable way. This way I give them the tools to continue to improve now and in the future.
