Turkish Get up. All the steps and it takes awhile to perfect. There are many cues ending in a total body workout in one exercise! Very functional movements! All the progressions and mechanics behind the movements fascinate me.

Played many sports, very active my whole life. Played minor league women's fast pitch softball. Assistant trainer to a youth scholarship baseball program. Director and planned programs for kids fitness. Adult Fitness coach: for small group, group class and personal training.
