I left the world of Big 4 public accounting to pursue my passion in life - helping you become the healthiest, most energetic version of YOU. I love to see clients smile, reach their goals, and implement long-term solutions.
I also offer nutrition, stress-management, and sleep-management techniques ("bio-hacks") to address the lifestyle needs and concerns of each of my clients. I can work with you to develop meal plans, help grocery shop, or offer in-home cooking demonstrations.
Personally, I love to train in different modalities every week. From strength training in unconventional ways with kettlebells to working on balance, yoga, climbing skills and handstands, it's much harder to get stagnant with your training! I like to help clients fall back in love with a healthy lifestyle, or help them develop one for the very first time. I promise it's worth it!
