I am available most days of the week, by appointment only. I am SGX certified, RKC Certified as well as others, so you can expect us to move a lot. I work well with injured and limited folks, but we will establish your limits, and work to improve them. I always start at the beginning, but i consider contentment a bad word, and we'll press forward every day. There s no failure, only feedback. If you follow the process, the only possibility is success.

I have a Lady Client who has lost 50 lbs. on her program, one day, she said she was reading facebook, and her husband looked over her shoulder at a photo, and asked "Who's that wearing your hat?" She replied to him "That's me, Dear." She said the double take was priceless.

Start at the beginning. We see what needs doing, and then we do the work, we eat right. and we move forward. If you follow the process, the only possibility is success.
My training experience
I have been instructing in basic fitness technique since 2001. My mission is to help you become the person you want to be, whether that means losing a few pounds, or getting in shape for a competition or adventure race. I like to have fun, and believe that the only way to get results is to love the process. It's my job to help you love it. My main methods focus on improving endurance, and strength, and improving the power out put of those who are already strong. I have trained fighters, runners, wrestlers, and folks just looking to have fun at the gym.
