My favorite client story

When I first met Dori we had over 100 pounds to lose. She was intimidated by the people in the gym so we worked off in a corner and did our work.

Slowly we grew stronger together and she started losing weight. We had our roadblocks and it took a little over a year. Dori lost all the weight and 5 years later she has kept it off.
The most inspiring part is not just the weight Dori lost. What is memorable is the woman she has grown into and the confidence she has gained .
