I am a very dedicated trainer. I love working WITH people to attain their goals rather then just training them and sending them on their way. I want to teach my clients how to live the healthy, fitness minded lifestyle they desire. I like to make exercise fun and to encourage change within my clients. It is very important to become friends with each and every client and treat them like an individual whose body is different from the next persons body. All goals we set for ourselves are possible as long as we are willing to put in the right amount of work!
