My training experience

Kandace has been in the fitness industry actively since 1993. After graduating college Kandace started teaching group exercise classes and realized that fitness was her passion. She has pursued numerous certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness. She is certified in Pilates, Strength and conditioning, Pre and Post Natal, Weight loss, Kettlebells, and Spinning. She works with beginners to advanced athletes. If you are looking to get in shape or take your workouts to the next level, she's the trainer that will help you hit your goals.
