My training experience

I have been training for 2 years in my personal studio. My classes/training are well rounded for all fitness levels. I have senior fitness training as well as youth fitness specialist and fitness nutrition specialists certifications as well. . Most of my clients prefer to punch and hit the body bag as their routine - it helps clear the mind and rejuvenates the soul!
