Matt Stigler

About Matt
My name is Matt Stigler and I am a personal trainer through the NSCA with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I have experience training people all across the country during my time with EXOS and now during my virtual sessions. I have worked with clients ranging between the ages of 14 and 87 years old, and I specialize in working with people who want to improve their quality of life, want to get fit, and improve their movement.
I do this by making sure that our sessions together are not just scientifically backed, but enjoyable and sustainable too! The number one most important thing is that you enjoy what we are doing throughout our sessions. I truly believe there is no way to make sustainable progress if you don't enjoy the process.
I take a fully comprehensive and unique approach to fitness and training. I customize this approach to every individual I work with, but this usually consists of starting with breathing and working all the way up to weight training. I make sure to check every box to make sure that you are the healthiest version of yourself you can be.
